RESPONSABILITIES
Tempo Tours S.A., a travel agency, acts only as an intermediary agent for the passengers. Its function is to arrange the services provided by the airlines, bus, train, cruises and transport operators in general, hotels, tourist operators and/or any other independent company.
Tempo Tours S.A. does not have any control on these companies, and that is why in all the arrangements of trips our agency acts by account and order of our clients, organizing in its name the different type of transportation, the required lodging and other tourist services. We do not assume the responsibility in case of accidents, insults, losses, damages, delays, disadvantages or any other type of irregularities that can be caused by failures of any vehicle or through situations of omission or negligence of any company or person contracted by the same ones to comply or execute any service or part of an offered tourist service as result of vandalism, strikes, wars, governmental actions, climate conditions, God acts or any type of factors that imply additional expenses which result from delays, changes in itineraries or any other cause.
Tempo Tours S.A. is not responsible for diseases, pregnancies or handicaps that can put in danger the health or the integrity of the passenger or third parties during the process of the contracted tour or that imply limitation or impediment for the benefit of the tourist services. Therefore the company will NOT recognize any reclamation nor money return for the above-mentioned concepts, including the cases in which, under usual conditions, no problem would arise. Therefore if there is any limitation like the above mentioned, we ask you to inform us before contracting our service so we can recommend you specific alternative services to the present impediments.
Tempo Tours S.A. reserves the right of accepting or not any reservation request of any passenger asking for any tour or tourist package or to cancel or change a tourist package if the circumstances are not the appropriated. The request for any type of service presented to our company will be understood as the approval for the mentioned conditions.
PRICES & RATES
All the prices and rates are expressed in American dollars and are subject to changes without a previous notification until the payment and availability confirmation have been done. The prices and rates of the tourist packages are considered per person, on a double occupation basis (except for express different indication), in standard rooms in all the hotels; and include services, transportation, mentioned excursions, specialized guides and tickets (if no other conditions are indicated). The prices and rates do not include extra expenses, tips, airport taxes, air tickets (except for express indication), excess luggage or any other issue not specified in the program.
ITINERARY
The itineraries have been very carefully planned but, due to operational reasons, it could be necessary to change the order of the activities or the specified route. Although such cases could be rare, the itinerary in general must be only assumed as a basic guide. The company reserves the right of doing modifications, without previous notification, in the order of the excursions or trips due to climate conditions, level of the rivers, arrival time or departure of the airplanes, buses or trains or for any other relevant reason which will guarantee a better result of your trip.
RESERVATIONS
All reservations will be subject to confirmation until the total receipt of the complete payment for the services. In case there is a special agreement between the company and the client, the reservation could be confirmed with a partial payment. However, the balance must be cancel 30 days before starting with the services. Payments for our services can only be made according to the indications specified in our payment methods. The prices and rates could change without previous notification until the services have been totally cancel.
TOURIST PACKAGES
The total payment of a tourist package must be completed at least 30 days before the day established as the starting day of the tourist package for individual passengers and at least 45 days before the arrival date in case of groups (except for express agreement in contrary). The reservations in tourist packages will only be confirmed if the complete payment for the services has been confirmed (except for express agreement in contrary). If there is a special express agreement between the company and the client, the reservation could be confirmed with a partial payment.
Payments for our services can only be made according to the indications specified in our payment methods. Once the reservation of the tourist package has been confirmed to the client by means of an e-mail with a confirmation code, reservation will be guaranteed, except cancellation due to reasons exposed under the title of responsibilities which are totally unrelated to the company.
The company reserves the right of replacing hotels of the same category or a superior one in the tourist packages offered by them. The passengers are responsible of consuming the foods at the scheduled times and under their entire responsibility. Regarding money in cancellations, devolutions and reimbursements, this will be regulated under the terms and conditions stipulated in the Cancellation & Reimbursement Policies.
HOTELS (not included in the tourist package)
Hotel reservations can only be confirmed if the complete payment for the services has already been done (except for express agreement in contrary). If there is any punctual agreement between the company and the client, the reservation could be confirmed with a partial payment.
The payments for the hotel services can only be made according to the indications specified in our payment methods. Once the hotel reservation has been confirmed to the client by means of an e-mail with a confirmation code, reservation will be guaranteed, except cancellation due to reasons exposed under the title of responsibilities which are totally unrelated to the company.
The client will only need to go to the hotel with the reservation voucher and identify himself with his passport (in case of foreign passengers) or with his national identity document (in case of Peruvian passengers). If the breakfast or other meal is included in the rate offered by the hotel, it will be clearly specified. The passenger must comply with the timetable established by the hotel for these meals.
Any extra consumption which is not clearly specified as included must be paid directly by the passenger under his own responsibility. Regarding money with cancellations, devolutions and reimbursements, this will be regulated by the terms and conditions stipulated in the Cancellation & Reimbursement Policies.
AIR TRANSPORT SERVICE (not included in the tourist package)
The prices and rates of the flight tickets are subject to availability and to changes without previous notification before their issuance. The schedules, itineraries, flight numbers and timetables of these tickets are subject to changes made by the airline company until the departure date.
All the reservations of flight tickets will be subject to confirmation until the total receipt of the complete payment and until they are issued. The flight tickets already issued do not accept reimbursements or changes. However, there are some limited rates that accept changes only in date seven days before the original departure date, subject to availability and to a penalty fee established by each company (subject to variation without previous notification). The service operator shall modify the present conditions without previous notification.
For electronic tickets (e-tickets) you do not need to show the hard copy as you check-in, however we recommend to always carry a copy of the e-ticket. The passenger will need to identify at check-in through his passport (for foreign passengers) or his national identity document (for resident passengers).
The airlines offered their foods or snacks according to their own policies. The passengers will be responsible of consuming them or not. Any extra consumption which is not clearly specified as included must be paid directly by the passenger under his own responsibility and under the responsibility of the airline.
LAND TRANSPORT SERVICE (not included in the tourist package)
Bus Service
The prices and rates of the bus tickets are subject to availability and to changes without previous notification before their issuance. The schedules, itineraries and timetables of these tickets are subject to changes made by the company until the departure date. All the reservations of bus tickets will be subject to confirmation until the total receipt of the complete payment and until they are issued.
The tickets already issued do not accept reimbursements nor change of destiny or change of date. The bus operators offer their meals or snacks according to their own policies. The passengers will be responsible of consuming them or not.
Any extra consumption which is not clearly specified as included must be paid directly by the passenger under his own responsibility and under the responsibility of the bus operator.
Train Service
The prices and rates of the train tickets are subject to availability and to changes without previous notification before their issuance. The schedules, itineraries and timetables of these tickets are subject to changes made by the train operator company until the departure date.
All the reservations of train tickets will be subject to confirmation until the total receipt of the complete payment and until they are issued. The tickets already issued for train transport service do not accept reimbursements nor change of destiny or change of date. The service operator shall modify the present conditions without previous notification. The service operators offer their meats or snacks according to their own policies. The passengers will be responsible of consuming them or not.
Any extra consumption which is not clearly specified as included must be paid directly by the passenger under his own responsibility and under the responsibility of the train operator.
PAYMENT POLICY
Our payment policy for individual passengers force them to cancel our services at least 30 days before their arrival, unless express different agreement. For groups, our payment policy states that our services must be cancel 45 days before the arrival of the group together with the list of passengers (rooming list), unless express different agreement. Any modification to the agreed services or new require services once the trip has started will be paid directly by the passenger or, if the agency agrees, will be charged to a credit card.
Payment Methods
Unless a special written agreement has been signed, all the services must be paid as follows:
Crtedit Card: Under the MOTO system (Money Transfer Order). For payments done with credit card it is necessary to print, complete and sign this
form and send it together with copy of your credit card (both sides) and passport per fax to the number 511.4450.1436; or scanned and send it to
inbound@tempotours.com.pe.

DOCUMENTATION
The passenger has the responsibility of having his passport, visa or any other trip document valid according to his nationality and accepted by the laws of the countries to be visited. For making the reservations, it is necessary to have the following information from the passengers: complete name, number of passport, nationality, age, sex. It is recommendable to inform the agency about any allergies, sickness, passenger conditions, characteristics of each passenger, preferences of food, etc.
LUGGAGE
The limit of accepted weight for local flights and land services is 20 kg (44 pounds) free of extra payment. The passenger is responsible of his own luggage and any claim for losses or steals must be done directly to the transport operator.
OBLIGATIONS
If there is a service which cannot be provided for error, failure or direct lack of the service operator, it will make its best effort to provide a solution with an equal value as the non provided service. In case the operator is not able to provide an equivalent service, it will be reimbursed at the real price excluding any consequence, indirect expenses or any other associated expense to the non execution of this service. Any claim with regards to a service none provided during the trip will be only accepted if the claim is presented by written within 15 days after finishing the trip. Regarding money with cancellations, devolutions and reimbursements, this will be regulated by the terms and conditions stipulated in the Cancellation & Reimbursement Policies.
