In this trip you will enjoy a unique adventure trekking along the secret path of the Incas, a magnificent walkway of stones, stairways, hanging bridges, tunnels; enjoying beautiful mountain views; walk through strikingly different climatic zones and spectacular Inca sites; and finally experience the unique feeling of arriving to the impressive Inca Citadel of Machu Picchu, The Lost City of the Incas, by foot. The Inca Trail to Machu Picchu is the most famous and popular trek in South America and one of the top treks in the world.
The adventure takes you from Cusco through the Sacred Valley of the Incas, passing the Inca Fortress town of Ollantaytambo, before embarking on the famous Inca Trail to the lost city of the Incas, Machu Picchu. The trek involves spectacular Andean scenery and numerous Inca archeological sites along an ancient paved Inca trail. On the last day, you’ll rise early to reach Inti Punku, the Inca Gate of the Sun, to watch the sunrise over the magical sacred citadel, before making the final descent into Machu Picchu, for a guided tour.

Transfer to your hotel. Day at leisure. Overnight in Cusco. 
Day 03:

Morning at leisure. In the afternoon guided city tour. Overnight in Cusco.
Day 04:
CUSCO / INCA TRAIL ( + / - 6 hours trek)
Transfer to Km. 82. Inca Trail begins. Visit Patallacta. Overnight in Huayllabamba. 
Day 05:
INCA TRAIL (+ / - 7 hours trek)
Second trekking day. Visit Runkuray and Sayamarca. Overnight in Pacaymayu.
Day 06:
INCA TRAIL (+ / - 8 hours trek)
Third trekking day. Visit Phuyupatamarca and Intipata. Overnight in Winayhuayna.
Day 07:
INCA TRAIL / MACHU PICCHU / CUSCO
Last trekking day. Guided tour to Machu Picchu. Return to Cusco.
Day 08:
CUSCO
Day at leisure. Overnight in Cusco.
Day 09:
CUSCO / LIMA / ...
Transfer to the airport. Flight to Lima and international connection.
